These ultra light slipper are made by artisans using a centuries old craft. Featuring a fully hand embroidered edge using a “Twill -Cross” stitch and fortified with a .5″ cushioned heel for arch support to keep you comfortable all day. The anti-slip sole lining provides traction and durability for sustained indoor use.
Fit Note: These slippers are constructed symmetrically without left or right designations. On the first wear, they fit snug like a sock, which allows them to adapt to the width of each foot.
ONE432’s modern take on the traditional South Asian jutti is a fully symmetrical shoe with no left and no right and molds to any foot. The jutti is a 400-year-old Punjab craft that originated in Pakistan and India. One432’s modern take on the jutti has updated the iconic shoe with a collection of sustainable and natural materials used across their shoe line like hand-loomed recycled cotton, upcycled leather and denim, chromium-free suede, deadstock fabrics, and natural vegetable dyes. For each dollar earned, ONE432 donates one dollar to their female artisans and to education initiatives for underprivileged children in Pakistan (this amount is in addition to the salaries the artisans are already paid). Each shoe takes roughly 8 hours to produce and is packaged and shipped in a 100% recycled and recyclable card-stock box. One432 is a POC-owned company, pays above living wages to all employees with women making up 66% of their workforce.
